ENDORSEMENTS

Former presidential candidate and Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee is backing George Faught in Oklahoma's 2nd District race for US Congress.

I’m proud to endorse George Faught for Congress because he is a man of honesty and integrity, a man of deep Christian faith who we can trust to do what is right.   He led the successful fight to defeat the first wave of ObamaCare right here in Oklahoma.  In Congress, George Faught will fight to repeal ObamaCare, balance the budget, and cut EPA regulations to help Oklahoma create new energy sector jobs.  Join me in supporting a true conservative leader - vote George Faught for Congress on August 28th!

Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund has endorsed George Faught for Congress in Oklahoma 2nd District.

GOA Vice-Chairman and Director of Political Affairs, Tim Macy said, "George is a pro-gun leader who backs up his words with actions. He completed the GOA questionnaire 100% in favor of your gun rights, and he compiled a perfect voting record as a state legislator. In addition, George was the lead sponsor of legislation to protect gun owners’ rights in so-called “gun free zones,” and he drafted legislation to protect the privacy of concealed carry permit holders. A lifelong resident of Muskogee and small business owner, George is not a career politician; he’s a true citizen-legislator who will stand up for your Second Amendment rights. I urge all defenders of the Second Amendment to vote for George Faught for Congress in the August 28th Republican Runoff.”

State Auditor & Inspector Gary Jones, a former Oklahoma Republican Party Chairman, was the first statewide elected official to endorse in the 2nd Congressional District race.

“George is the trusted and proven conservative in the 2nd District race.  He has personally invested in growing the Republican Party throughout District 2. When George goes to Washington he'll continue to fight for our country the way he's fought for Oklahoma at the State Capitol.  I urge Oklahomans from all across our state to support George.”

OK2A founder and director Tim Gillespie said, “In the past Rep. Faught on the state level has been very supportive of protecting the rights of citizens to bear arms. As a life long gun owner and proponent of Oklahoma gun rights we are confident when he is representing the 2nd District and Oklahoma in Washington, D.C. he will continue to protect the freedoms of Americans and stand up for us. In 2011 and 2012 we gave George the ‘Patriot of the 2nd Amendment’ award and we hope this endorsement for his congressional race will make people aware that he is the best candidate to protect our Oklahoma values and beliefs.”

“As a small business owner, George Faught understands the devastating impact Obamacare will have on our nation’s economy, and he will be a conservative leader in Congress in the fight to repeal Obamacare once and for all,” said David N. I am confident that as Oklahoma’s next Congressman, he will represent the values of conservatism well,” Dr. Farris commented.
